The following anti-trust statement is adhered to by all members of the association. As an integral part of the association’s operating documentation it provides the basis of all communications between the members at all times.
Against the background of the competition between the members of the Advanced Porous Materials Association the compliance with all applicable antitrust rules is of the essence. It is, therefore, necessary to comply with all relevant rules. The parties for instance have to limit the discussions to the agenda and the specific field of cooperation concerned. They must not exchange commercially sensitive or competitively relevant business information (such as pricing, cost, distribution, terms, customers, territories and pricing related commercial information, exchange of sensitive information in relation to public tender or leading to collusion in relation to public tender).
